What is included?
Week One includes a questionnaire to help you explore your relationship with smoking, your motivations, and your support, as well as your first hypnosis session, Stop Smoking. I suggest listening to your hypnosis sessions daily, never while driving. Hypnosis is effective and efficient, but it is not a quick fix. It is progressive and cumulative. Daily listening will support the changes taking place in your subconscious mind.
Week Two you create affirmations, listen to your second hypnosis session, Transformation, with a short follow up Q&A that helps you generate alternatives to smoking.
Week Three has your third hypnosis session, Letting Go, and a writing exercise to release negative feelings.
